A slice of the Kiwi summer dream, this new pool house brought this Te Puna property to life. The client approached Davy Construction wanting a new modern open-plan pool house with low maintenance.
Crafted from cedar and clay bricks, the bold dark framing and roof create a striking contrast against the rustic white brick exterior. Step inside and discover the seamless continuation of the monochromatic theme, where the interior boasts custom dark kitchen cabinetry and matching vertical cladding. Enhancing the design of the dwelling is polished concrete floors that seamlessly flow throughout, adding a touch of modern sophistication.
A thoughtfully designed full bathroom with both internal and external entry serves as a convenient spot to rejuvenate after a swim. The Davy Construction team worked diligently to get this project completed by Christmas, for the clients to enjoy this entertainer’s oasis.
