The home uses strong lines, a dark colour palette, classic building forms, materials and Colorsteel cladding to contrast the lush green spaces.

The home showcases a recycled timber pole retaining wall as a distinctive feature. The timber was sourced from the historic Wellington Wharf, providing the residence with a rich sense of heritage. This unique element posed an exciting challenge for the Davy Construction team, as each hefty post weighs between 400-500kg. With precision and skill, the team craned them into position and meticulously scaffolded them. Obtaining council permission to ensure compliance with regulations added to the effort, but the end results proved truly rewarding.
