Designed by Ata Studio, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house has undergone an incredible transformation. Just check out the before-and-after images below; you’d swear they’re completely different properties!

The home boasts a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living, starting with a covered outdoor area perfect for entertaining. This space connects effortlessly to the interior, leading to the newly renovated kitchen and through to the bedrooms. Constructing the covered portico required some impressive beams, a testament to the effort put into creating this inviting space.

The major transformation lies in the 80-square-meter extension, which houses the new open-plan kitchen and lounge area. This addition dramatically improved the home’s layout, as the original kitchen and lounge were small and cramped at the back of the house. The new kitchen is a highlight, featuring a unique stone benchtop sourced from Brazil and a custom-made light fixture from Auckland. A formed stainless-steel benchtop with an integrated sink adds a sleek, modern touch.

Attention to detail is evident throughout the home. The main entryway features tower stairs, where the flooring is seamlessly pieced together from six slots, showcasing expert craftsmanship. Beautiful lights illuminate the entryway at night, creating a welcoming ambience. A custom skylight above the stairs floods the area with natural light, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness.
