Papamoa
This stunning Papamoa home was transformed with a modern home renovation and extension. The design was crafted to show coastal living at its finest.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home underwent a modern renovation and extension. This transformation involved adding 50 sqm of space to the home and creating two additional bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms.
Beyond the bedroom expansion, Davy Construction also meticulously renovated the lounge and kitchen areas, breathing new life into the heart of the home. The kitchen island is complete with light timber feature panels, complementary to this is white cabinetry and stunning white tiled splashback. Gold tapware and cabinet handles were incorporated to elevate the design further. The result is a harmonious blend of modern design and functionality, offering a stylish and inviting atmosphere for everyday living.
The project also included the replacement of carpet throughout the house, enhancing comfort and aesthetics. Additionally, a fresh coat of paint rejuvenated the entire home, giving it a renewed vibrancy.
