Nestled on a generous 4600m² section, the single-storey, 4-bedroom home was designed to make the most of the picturesque views of Tauranga Harbour and the Omokoroa Golf Club.
The epitome of bespoke design and seamless collaboration, Davy Construction completed this magnificent Omokoroa home. Committed to delivering the clients their dream home, Davy Construction worked meticulously on the site excavation and construction of this new home.
The home is built for lifestyle and entertaining, with a beautifully designed pool and bespoke elements such as timber pergolas adorning the main bedroom and family room. The home also features internal access to a two-car garage, with a custom-built spot to house a golf cart.
Inside, the floor plan is crafted for comfortable living. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious living areas, the layout balances everyday living with guest privacy for guests who visit. The open-plan kitchen, lounge and office nook all focus on the expansive views.
With wonderful Hydestone schist cladding, complemented by the timeless ply and batten cladding and exposed laminated timber posts and beams, the abode exudes a charming homestead-like quality.
