Step One: Consultation
After an initial phone consultation, we’ll meet with you on your site to discuss your vision for the project and scope out your needs. This is all free, so you can get a sense of our expertise and whether we’re the right fit for your project.
Step Two: Project Estimate
Once the decision has been made to move forward, you can leave it to us! We’ll go away and spend a minimum of 30 hours on project planning, which includes liaising with subcontractors and analysing plans. The end result will be a highly detailed and accurate quote that takes into account all the variables of the project.
Step Three: Concept Drawings
At this stage, we can provide you with concept stage plans to accurately gauge the price of the job, ensuring it’s not over budget. You’ll receive a discounted rate from our in-house Quantity Surveyor.
Step Four: Detailed Estimate/Quote
Once the project is approved, we’ll produce a detailed and fully extensive estimate of our costs. This includes QS time, admin time, builders’ time, and subcontractors’ time. This provides you with all the necessary information to ensure there are no hidden costs over the duration of the project.
Step Five: Working Drawings
After all the paperwork is complete, we can produce detailed architect drawings from our partner architect, or we are happy to receive drawings from an architect of your choosing.
Step Six: Construction
Once you’ve approved the final quote and house plans, we’ll get to work on building your dream home. Throughout the construction process, we’ll keep you informed and involved so you can rest assured knowing your vision is becoming a reality.
