Reclad & deck extension

Matua

See the transformation of this Matua project, where the Davy Team re-clad and build a new deck which brings life into an old plaster house.

The replacement of outdated cladding with timber bevel back weatherboards sets the stage for a contemporary aesthetic.

Inside, meticulous rot repairs, while full insulation and a roof replacement ensure comfort and durability. The challenge of working around a tenant has meant completing this project in two stages, the first stage is now completed and the second stage well underway.
